📋 Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs, issues, and inconsistencies.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and specifications.
Document and report defects clearly and accurately.
Verify fixes and improvements to ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality products.
Document and improve testing processes and workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
Stay up to date on industry best practices, tools, and testing techniques.
🧠 Qualifications
Proven experience in software testing.
Experience with testing tools and automation frameworks.
Knowledge of management tools such as Jira, Redmine, Monday, or similar.
Knowledge of manual and automated testing (setup and execution).
Ability to write clear and objective technical documentation.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Assertive communication, critical thinking, organization, proactivity, and team spirit.
