📋 Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests.
Understand clients’ business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Identify account growth and upselling opportunities.
Monitor account performance, providing regular reports and insights.
Conduct regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and project execution.
Achieve revenue targets in line with company forecasts.
Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.

🧠 Qualifications

Proven experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or in a similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Availability to travel for business purposes.
Familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Assertive communication, critical thinking, organizational skills, proactivity, and team spirit.
