📋 Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.

  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests.

  • Understand clients’ business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.

  • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

  • Identify account growth and upselling opportunities.

  • Monitor account performance, providing regular reports and insights.

  • Conduct regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and project execution.

  • Achieve revenue targets in line with company forecasts.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.

🧠 Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or in a similar role.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.

  • Availability to travel for business purposes.

  • Familiarity with CRM software.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Assertive communication, critical thinking, organizational skills, proactivity, and team spirit.
