Caleta Gaming, a Brazilian online gaming provider, understands the various scenarios involved in the integration process between providers, platforms, operators, and sub-operators. As this is a strategic moment that requires attention and caution, we offer a specialized team to ensure that the entire process takes place safely, efficiently, and smoothly for the operator. Currently, we offer three types of integration: Standard Direct, Reverse Direct, and Indirect.

Standard Direct Integration

In the first stage of Standard Direct Integration, our team provides technical documentation and closely supports the client’s development team during the initial analysis, clarifying any doubts that may arise. To ensure proper integration and that all transactions have their origins correctly identified, we use robust security measures, such as assigning a unique ID to each client. This identification facilitates tracking of communication between parties. Additionally, we apply signature validation using encryption and security keys, ensuring the integrity of exchanged information.

In the next stage, after the client’s security configuration and documentation review, development support begins. Clients initiate the integration development using Caleta's technical documentation, and the process is closely monitored by our development team. Direct communication is maintained to address more complex issues.

Next, rigorous tests are conducted in a staging environment by our QA team to validate that all game functionalities are operating correctly according to the technical documentation. Once QA approval is granted, the client moves into production, where the technical team registers the client in the agreed-upon environment, and the QA department carries out the certification process. This step evaluates server-to-server connection to ensure the integration aligns with the plan.

In the next stage of the integration process, the games enter the Pre-Live phase. At this point, the Account Manager contacts the client to guide them through onboarding and finalize adjustments before the official game launch (LIVE). Even after launch, we remain available to provide full support to the client.

Reverse Direct Integration

In the Reverse Integration model, development is carried out by Caleta and requires adjustments to the client's system. In this process, Caleta receives the technical documentation provided by the client to perform the integration.

Indirect Integration

Indirect Integration occurs when a new operator is connected to Caleta through an already integrated client, typically an aggregator or a partner platform. This process is simpler and faster, as it leverages the existing technical infrastructure.
