1. How would you describe the core mission of the account management team at Caleta?
The core mission of the Account Management Team is to drive Caleta Gaming’s growth by generating more traffic and building strong, long-term relationships with our customers.
To do so, we must have a strong knowledge of:
Our Games: to present them to our Customers and guide them with the best selection of Games to provide to their dedicated Players for each different Jurisdictions
Market Compliance: Understand the Rules applicable in both Regulated and Unregulated Markets
Have a deep understanding of of each Customers: They are all unique, with different eco-system, and it is by fully understanding their uniqueness that we can make a difference in this highly competitive landscape
2. What are the key differentiators of our game portfolio in the market, and how do they deliver value for operators?
Our Game Portfolio stands out in the Market due to its Unique Theme, Innovative Mechanics and Localized Content that resonates with the Players in the Region. Which automatically increases the Player Engagement, and Retention leading to high Performance Metrics for Operators. By offering Caleta Games, our esteemed Partners attract and retain a vast audience as our Games are Entertaining, and Culturally Relevant, which is translated into an increase of Revenue.
3. For operators looking to grow in Brazil and Latin America, what strategies would you recommend to optimize our game's performance?
To optimize our Games’ Performance in Brazil and LatAm, I would recommend:
Strong understanding of each Player in each Countries. From one Country to another liking can be nuanced.
Understand the Player Journey in the online world: What type of Game make them Deposit, What type of Game make Stay and which Games or Mechanic, theme make them come back
Localization: Provide Games that resonates with a specific Country, its Culture and various Celebrations across a calendar year.
Data Insights: Use Data to understand Player behavior to guide effectively our Customers
Promotions: Work closely with each Operators to offer Games that will engage their Player through different type of Marketing Campaigns that highlight our Games.
Support: Ensure Customers are well informed and equiped to Promote our Games
